Class Description

Join me, Talara, at Barn Quilt Headquarters for a unique opportunity to come paint in my studio. All skill levels are welcome to create your desired project, whether you're a beginner, novice, or an accomplished barn quilt artist. Let's unleash your creativity together! If a beginner, you have the option of starting with a pre-drawn pattern in the size you desire or learn my technique of drawing. I will guide you through the process while providing all materials, paint and tools. Everyone's skill level varies and I will allow the time necessary based on your project. It may be for a day, two days or more depending on the size and pattern. ___________________________________________________________________________________________________ ******* Price will be based on these choices. ******* 2 x 2 Single day starts at $140 ******* Choose the first available time when booking - this will change once information discussed. ___________________________________________________________________________________________________ After you fill out this request, I will contact you to go over availability before I can schedule your appointment. The pattern choice and size will dictate how many days you should plan to attend. It also determines the price. I only have any available time in June, Sept and early Oct. Saturdays & Sundays will be limited. Want to bring a friend? I am limited on space and bringing a friend is possible if they are wanting to paint one also. I am limited to two persons painting a 2 x 2 size each. I only have space for one painter per barn quilt. Please keep in mind that you will be standing the majority of the time. You will be on your own for lunch or bring your own. My home will be yours to enjoy while here and I expect you to make yourself at home. This does not extend to overnight accommodations. Once a schedule is decided upon, you will be invoiced. Payment is due with 3 business days to hold your scheduled time. Refunds will not be available and a 20% cancellation fee charged. The remaining balance may be applied to a future class or studio time. In the event that I must cancel or reschedule due to family emergency or illness, the next available agreeable date will be scheduled or you may apply to a custom barn quilt or kit. I am unable to offer 4 x 4 size or larger due to limited space. My studio is in Jefferson, NC.
